SAN DIEGO – The San Diego Padres today announced their 2022 promotional and theme game schedule, including giveaways, events every homestand and a series of four exciting bobbleheads during the upcoming Padres season. Single-game tickets for 2022 regular season home games go on sale Thursday, February 3 at 10:00 a.m. PST by visiting www.padres.com. Season Ticket Members have priority access to tickets and enjoy the best available seats. Email subscribers will also receive presale access in-advance of the public on-sale.

Pregame parties return in 2022 with a Party in the Park presented by Southwest Airlines, before every Friday home game. Pregame party themes will include BeerFest, CocktailFest, CountryFest, Fiesta in the Park presented by Verizon, and a 90’s Night. Party in the Park is a pregame happy hour series located in Gallagher Square from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. with $5 drink specials and live entertainment. There are a number of fan giveaways planned for 2022 highlighted by fan favorites, player-themed items, bobbleheads and wearables, all of which will take place during select home games throughout the season. Fan favorites and wearable items include a Padres Opening Day Hat (Sycuan Casino Resort), Fleece Blanket (UC San Diego Health), Tony Gwynn Shirzey (ClickUp), Padres and Puppies Calendar (Petco), Padres Mug (Oris), and Padres Hoodie. Padres players will be highlighted throughout various promotions this year including the series of four player bobbleheads (Bally Sports San Diego, Jack in the Box), pinstripe beach towels (Sycuan), a player themed hat (San Diego Community Power), and other giveaways featuring the most exciting player in baseball. There will also be four dates featuring kid giveaway items (available for children 14 and younger), including a mini bat (Chick-fil-A), sunglasses (Roshambo Shades), batting glove (Canel’s), and plastic bat and ball set (Mission Federal Credit Union). The Hoodie and Shirzey will be available in family-friendly sizes (Youth Large, Adult Medium, L, XL and 2XL) while supplies last with sizing subject to availability. Two postgame firework spectaculars are scheduled for 2022 including Saturday, May 28 as part of a Memorial Day weekend celebration and the Saturday of an all-new Star Wars-themed weekend celebration from July 15-17. As part of the celebration from a galaxy far far away, Friday will feature a BeerFest where fans will be encouraged to dress as their favorite characters. Sunday’s KidsFest will feature appearances by your favorite characters and activities for the entire family. Sundays will continue to serve as Military Appreciation Days, presented by USAA and will include KidsFest presented by Super Mouth in Gallagher Square featuring bounce houses and other inflatables, games, face painters, balloon artists and more kid-friendly activities. Postgame Kids Run the Bases make their return on most Sundays.
