The Orioles today announced plans for a series of “Countdown to Opening Day” events leading up to the start of the 30th anniversary season of Oriole Park at Camden Yards, The Ballpark That Forever Changed Baseball™.

Beginning Tuesday, March 29, and continuing through Opening Day, fans will have the opportunity to meet the Oriole Bird and some of their favorite Orioles players from the past 30 years at happy hours, autograph signings, photo opportunities, and more throughout Maryland and our Birdland community. TUESDAY, MARCH 29 – ORIOLES ALUMNI AUTOGRAPHS
Receive autographs from a beloved former Oriole of the last 30 years.
- When: Tuesday, March 29 from 6:00-7:00 p.m.
- Where: Royal Farms in Frederick, Md. (75 Monocacy Blvd., Frederick, Md. 21701)

THURSDAY, MARCH 31 – HAPPY HOUR, sponsored by Corona
Orioles alumni will be guest bartending alongside staff members and visiting with Orioles fans.
- When: Thursday, March 31 from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
- Where: Looney’s Pub (8180 Maple Lawn Blvd., Fulton, Md. 20759)

SATURDAY, APRIL 2 – BIRDLAND MEMBER OPEN HOUSE
Fans interested in purchasing a 2022 Birdland Membership or suite packages are invited to Oriole Park to choose their seat location and learn about the benefits of becoming a Birdland Member. Upon purchase, members will have exclusive access to tour the Orioles clubhouse. A few Orioles alumni from the last 30 years will also be on hand to greet fans and sign autographs. SATURDAY, APRIL 2 – ORIOLE BIRD MEET & GREET
Fans can visit and take photos with the Oriole Bird at the Owings Mills Library, home of the Hubert V. Simmons Museum of Negro League Baseball.

SUNDAY, APRIL 3 THROUGH SATURDAY, APRIL 9 – CHARM CITY TRIVIA

FRIDAY, APRIL 8 – OPENING DAY HAPPY HOUR
As the Orioles face the Tampa Bay Rays on Opening Day at Tropicana Field, Orioles alumni will be guest bartending alongside staff members and watching the first game of the season with Oriole fans.

FRIDAY, APRIL 9 – PLAY BALL EVENT
The Orioles will join Coppin State University baseball and Major League Baseball to support MLB’s PLAY BALL initiative for an introductory baseball and softball event, followed by Coppin State’s game against Norfolk State. The PLAY BALL event is open to kids ages 5-12. All participants will receive a free PLAY BALL t-shirt, wristband, bat and ball set, and Orioles giveaways to take home. As Baltimore fans get ready for the Orioles home opener, Orioles alumni will be guest bartending alongside staff members and visiting with fans.
