Mariners Announce 2024 Spring Training Schedule
The Seattle Mariners today announced their 2024 Cactus League Spring Training schedule.
SEATTLE, Wash. – The Seattle Mariners today announced their 2024 Cactus League Spring Training schedule. The Mariners will play 31 games in Arizona beginning Saturday, February 24. In addition, Seattle will travel to San Diego for a pair of games to close out the Spring, visiting the Padres March 25 and March 26.
Game times and the Mariners television and broadcast schedule will be released at a later date, as will ticket information.
Overall, Seattle will play 15 games at the Peoria Sports Complex, including a pair of games (one home, one as visitor) vs. their complex partner, the San Diego Padres. The Mariners will host the Padres on March 11 and also play San Diego March 3 as the visitor. Seattle will travel to Petco Park in San Diego March 25 and 26 to play the Padres after San Diego returns from a pair of games in Korea.
The March 26 game in San Diego will be the final game of the Spring prior to the Mariners Home Opener vs. the Boston Red Sox on March 28 in T-Mobile Park.
The home schedule at Peoria Sports Complex also features a pair of games vs. the Milwaukee Brewers (March 14 & March 22) and the Chicago White Sox (Feb. 29 & March 16). The White Sox join the Arizona Diamondbacks (March 17) as part of a St. Patrick’s Day Weekend set of games.
Other Cactus League opponents to play in Peoria are the Cleveland Guardians (Feb. 25), Kansas City Royals (Feb. 28), Oakland Athletics (March 2), Texas Rangers **(March 5), **Los Angeles Angels (March 7), San Francisco Giants (March 10), Colorado Rockies **(March 19), **Cincinnati Reds (March 21), and Chicago Cubs (March 24).
Seattle will play 31 games in 30 days from Feb. 24-March 24, including three split-squads (one home game, one road game) on March 5, March 16 and March 22. Seattle will have off days (no game scheduled) on March 4 and March 20.
