March 15th, 2023

MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee Brewers today unveiled the menu at J. Leinenkugel’s Barrel Yard at American Family Field. The inventive cuisine features approachable comfort food that compliments the new design and vibe of the fully renovated space, as well as creative cocktails sure to whet one’s appetite. Notably, the working brewery features specialty beer brewed onsite by the Master Brewers at Leinenkugel’s. The full beer list as well as more information on the uniquely brewed beers that will be available at the Home Opener on Monday, April 3 will be shared soon.

The culinary team took extensive care in creating a menu that offers delicious options that can be enjoyed on game days and non-game days, year-round. From shareables to entrees to house specialties, the menu provides something for everyone – though it’ll be hard to resist Ma’s Buttermilk Biscuits to start the meal. Perfectly crumbly and warm, the biscuits are served with aged creamed whipped butter and hot honey. The shareable Tavern Chicken Wings are sure to be a fan favorite, available in three sauces – buffalo, maple siracha or bourbon BBQ – and offered in one, three and five lb. servings.

One of the highlights on the menu is the house specialty Supper Club Crispy Chicken. Meticulously perfected through dozens of tastings, the culinary team has created a delectable signature spice blend and pressure fried the chicken to perfection. The two-, four-, or eight-piece dinner is served with a horseradish coleslaw, loaded potato salad and house made biscuits. Further, The Best of the Wurst Platter is a specialty that pays homage to Milwaukee. The German themed charcuterie platter features knackwurst, bierwurst, weisswurst and slab bacon served along the fixin’s that include apple kraut and potatoes.

Fans will also appreciate the variety of burgers and handheld sandwiches on the menu, with a favorite sure to be the Duncan Creek Roast Beef Sandwich. The shaved prime rib and smoked gouda are swimming in a horseradish cream sauce and served on a toasted onion roll. Wisconsin delicacies like the Leinie’s Beer-Battered Walleye and Four Cheese Baked Wisco Mac are also sure to please the palate.

For those with a sweet tooth, the menu finishes off with Campsite Churro Donuts with a hearty drizzle of pecan maple caramel and cinnamon sugar, Fruit Pie a la Mode, and Mile High Chocolate Layer Cake.

Specialty cocktails giving homage to up north Wisconsin include a refreshing take on a Brandy Slush, Loaded Bloody Mary and Brandy Old Fashioned, along with new additions like Dragon Fruit Margarita and Blood Orange Spritz. In addition, some creative non-alcoholic options join the menu, such as Blue Dream Lemonade adorned with cotton candy, and Rainbow Lemonade topped with a unicorn lollipop.

On game days, fans are invited to enjoy time at the Tavern Bar, located through the overhead garage doors at J. Leinenkugel’s Barrel Yard, with the ability to order and take drinks to their seats. Fans can also choose a variety of ticket packages for game day that include seating and food at the Barrel Yard. Options include incredible views from the outdoor tables on the Home Run Porch and the Bullpen Porch. Additionally, a limited number of Inside Tables are available along the vast glass windows overlooking the field. All ticket packages can enjoy the highly anticipated new menu offerings.

For larger groups, the recently updated Brew Room, located in left-center field within the J. Leinenkugel’s Barrel Yard, features indoor and outdoor seating for groups of 30 to 60 people. The space is available to rent on non-game days and game days, with the latter including general admission seating, choice between two buffet menus, a private bar with two complimentary beers per adult and flat screen high-definition TVs.
