Guardians announce April 8 home opener sold out

Guardians launch 2025 monthly Ballpark Pass for $54/month (includes fees); Ballpark Pass includes April 8 Opening Day ticket plus all other April games

Cleveland, OH – The Cleveland Guardians today announced the club’s Home Opener on April 8 against the Chicago White Sox is *sold out **.

The sellout marks the 32nd consecutive Opening Day full house at Progressive Field since the ballpark first opened in 1994. The Guards first homestand of 2025 includes a 3-game series against the White Sox (April 8-10) and a 3-game set against the Kansas City Royals (April 11-13). Tickets are still available for the first homestand at CLEGuardians.com/tickets.

Additionally, the Guardians today launched the 2025 Ballpark Pass. For $54 per month (includes fees), fans can attend any Guardians home game at the corner of Carnegie and Ontario, including Opening Day on April 8, with the monthly Standing Room Only ticket. Standing Room Only locations at Progressive Field include The Corner Bar, Left Field and Right Field Drink Rails, the Home Run Porch, Heritage Plaza and the new Upper Level renovated corners – The Pennant District in right field and the Terrace District in left field, including the new Terrace Beer Hall. Fans can purchase the monthly pass at CLEGuardians.com/BallparkPass.

Progressive Field is a mobile-entry ballpark. Only tickets on the MLB Ballpark app, MyTickets webpage and approved secondary ticket partners will be accepted. Paper tickets, PDFs and screenshots are no longer accepted. Fans are encouraged to access their tickets before arriving at the ballpark and add them to their Apple Wallet if they have an Apple device.
