OAKLAND, Calif. — Daulton Jefferies underwent successful right elbow ulnar collateral ligament revision reconstruction and ulnar nerve transposition surgery on Friday, Sept. 9. The procedure was performed by Dr. Neal ElAttrache at the Cedars-Sinai Kerlan-Jobe Institute.
