ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – The Chicago Cubs today reinstated RHP Colten Brewer from the 15-day injured list and placed RHP Ben Brown on the 15-day injured list (left neck strain), retroactive June 9.

Brewer has appeared in seven games this season for the Cubs and has a 3.09 ERA (4 ER/11.2 IP). Brown is 1-3 with a 3.58 ERA (22 ER/55.1 IP) in 15 appearances/eight starts this season with the Cubs.

The Cubs play Tampa Bay today at 5:50 p.m. CT at Tropicana Field, a game that can be seen on Marquee Sports Network and heard on 670 the Score.
