MILWAUKEE -- In response to popular demand, the Milwaukee Brewers released today limited-edition City Connect merchandise featuring the new Grill Patch, a unique logo featured on the Nike MLB City Connect uniform. Fans can find Grill Patch caps and shirts at The Brewers Team Store, and inventory is expected to sell quickly.
 
The Brewers City Connect uniform launched last month to enthusiastic praise from Brew Crew fandom. Designed in collaboration with Nike, the uniform captures iconic area branding and celebrates the Brewers beloved home – Milwaukee. The uniform was designed and inspired by the vibrant city, honoring the bond between the Brew Crew, the city and the devoted fanbase.
 
The fans have spoken by embracing the Grill Patch logo, which is placed on the right sleeve of the jersey. The stylized patch is a nod to the city’s love of outdoor grilling and summer living. A City Connect uniform would not be complete without acknowledging this tradition and the Brewers tailgating experience – a right of passage for many fans.

The Brewers will wear the new City Connect uniforms today, and every Friday home game and Community Night for the remainder of the 2022 season (except the 1982 Brewers Reunion Celebration on Friday, Aug. 5).
