Astros return home to host Phillies and Giants in six-game homestand, April 28-May 3
Highlights of the homestand includes a rematch of the 2022 World Series and bobblehead and replica jersey giveaways
HOUSTON, Texas – The Astros return to Minute Maid Park for a six-game homestand, hosting the Philadelphia Phillies in a rematch of the 2022 World Series, April 28-30, and then hosting the San Francisco Giants, May 1-3.
Highlights of the homestand include a Jeremy Peña replica jersey giveaway, an Orbit World Series flag bobblehead giveaway, Faith and Family Night, a Jose Altuve World Series replica ring and more.
Friday, April 28 – Astros vs. Philadelphia Phillies: 7:10 p.m.
The Astros will open up the rematch series of the 2022 World Series against the Phillies on Friday, April 28 at 7:10 p.m. CT. The game will be televised live on AppleTV+.
10,000 fans will receive a Jeremy Peña replica orange jersey, presented by Chevron.
Pregame Happy Hour presented by Budweiser will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Michelob Ultra Bar. Fans can enjoy $5 Ultra Drafts, a live D.J. and amazing views.
A special pregame ceremony will take place in honor of National Library Week, April 23-29. The Astros will thank and highlight the hardworking librarians of Houston in a pregame ceremony, include the librarians that work on the Astros Literacy Bus which is sponsored by the Astros Foundation, Oxy, Houston Public Library, and HISD. Throwing out a ceremonial first pitch is Houston head librarian and Houston Public Library Executive Director, Dr. Rhea Lawson.
Astros shortstop Jeremy Peña will host students from Magnolia Elementary from Pearland ISD for the third Peña’s Pals of the 2023 season. Pena’s Pals is a new program developed by Jeremy in partnership with the Astros Foundation. He wants to celebrate kids and their development in academics, character building and making healthy choices. During the 2023 season, Jeremy will choose a school/organization and pick five Peña Pals students based on character, grades and growth. Those five students will be treated to an Astros game courtesy of Peña, and will attend batting practice, receive special Peña’s Pals shirts and more.
Friday Night Fireworks presented by ConocoPhillips are set for postgame, featuring the musical theme of Minute Maid Park Concert Series. Friday Night Fireworks are subject to weather. In the event a show must be cancelled due to weather, refunds will not be granted.
A portion of the proceeds from Sunday’s 50/50 Share2Care raffle will go to the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI).
Saturday, April 29 – Astros vs. Philadelphia Phillies: 4:10 p.m.
Game two of the series against the Phillies is set for 4:10 p.m. on Saturday, April 29.
10,000 fans will receive an Orbit World Series Flag Bobblehead, presented by Coca-Cola.
Saturday is also Faith and Family Night at Minute Maid Park, featuring an inspiring postgame concert by Christian pop artist, Britt Nicole. Jose Altuve will also be on hand to share his testimonial to kick off the concert. Your game ticket is also your ticket to the postgame concert and seating for the show is general admission.

Sunday, April 30 – Astros vs. Philadelphia Phillies: 6:10 p.m.
The Astros will finish off the three-game series against the Phillies on Sunday night at 6:10 p.m. CT. The game will be televised live on ESPN’s Sunday Night Baseball.
10,000 fans that are 21 and over will receive a set of four Astros World Series Champions Coasters, presented by Sire Spirits.
In the first U.S. military branch celebration in 2023, the Astros will celebrate the U.S. Navy on Sunday. There will be a special pregame ceremony in honor of Navy Day at the ballpark as the Department of the Navy was established by Congress on April 30, 1798.
A portion of the proceeds from Sunday’s 50/50 Share2Care raffle will go to the G-Unity Foundation. The G-Unity Foundation was created by artist and entrepreneur 50 Cent (Curtis Jackson), who is also the founder of the presenting sponsor of Sunday’s coaster giveaway, Sire Spirits. The G-Unity Foundation supports a variety of programs that can demonstrate positive outcomes for urban kids. The organization empowers children and youth in America’s cities to develop the confidence, strength and skills to win in life.
Monday, May 1 – Astros vs. San Francisco Giants: 7:10 p.m.
Monday, May 1 is game one of a three-game series against the San Francisco Giants and is also a Space City Monday as the Astros will don their Nike City Connect Space City uniforms.

Tuesday, May 2 – Astros vs. San Francisco Giants: 7:10 p.m.
Game two of the series against the Giants is set for 7:10 p.m. CT on Tuesday.
Every Tuesday night at Minute Maid Park is Dollar Dog Night, presented by Texas Chili Company. Fans are treated to all-you-can-eat hot dogs that are just $1 each Tuesday home game during the season.
Wednesday, May 3 – Astros vs. San Francisco Giants: 1:10 p.m.
The Astros finish off the three-game series with the Giants and six-game homestand on Wednesday, May 3 at 1:10 p.m. CT.
All fans will receive a Jose Altuve World Series Replica Ring, presented by Jostens.

Astros regular season coverage on AT&T SportsNet begins on Friday, March 31st when the defending World Series Champion Astros take on the Chicago White Sox at Minute Maid Park for Championship ring day. Coverage begins off with a special hour- long pregame show starting at 6pm. All season long Astros coverage will include Astros Pregame Show and Postgame Shows with Kevin Eschenfelder returning as host. Joining Eschenfelder on a rotating basis for another season will be former major leaguers Mike Stanton, Brian Bogusevic, Clay Hensley and Michael Bourn.
