Astros finish up 2023 regular season home schedule against Baltimore and Kansas City

Highlights of the homestand include Hispanic Heritage Weekend, Space City Bucket Hat giveaway and more!

HOUSTON, Texas – The Astros return to Minute Maid Park for their final homestand of the 2023 regular season, as they are set to host the Baltimore Orioles, Sept. 18-20 and the Kansas City Royals, Sept. 22-24.

Monday, Sept. 18 – Astros vs. Baltimore Orioles: 7:10 p.m. CT
The Astros open up the three-game series with the Orioles at 7:10 p.m. CT at Minute Maid Park.

The game will be televised on AT&T SportsNet. It will also be available on radio, KBME 790/94.5 FM and on Spanish radio, TUDN 93.3/KLAT 1010.

A Space City Monday, the Astros will wear their Nike City Connect Space City jerseys.

In honor of Chick-fil-A Day at the ballpark, 10,000 fans will receive a Space City Bucket Hat, presented by Chick-fil-A, in addition to other prizes throughout the night.

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, the Astros Foundation and United Airlines will host an MVP Conversation on Hispanic heritage will local community leaders.

Prior to the game, the Astros will recognize Jeremy Peña for all the work he has done in the Houston community as the team’s 2023 Roberto Clemente Award nominee.

Tuesday, Sept. 19- Astros vs. Baltimore Orioles: 7:10 p.m. CT
Game two of the series against the Orioles set for 7:10 p.m. CT on Tuesday.

The game will be televised on AT&T SportsNet. It will also be available on radio, KBME 790/94.5 FM and on Spanish radio, TUDN 93.3/KLAT 1010.

Every Tuesday night at Minute Maid Park is Dollar Dog Night, presented by Texas Chili Company. Fans are treated to all-you-can-eat hot dogs that are just $1 each Tuesday home game during the season.

Prior to the game, the Astros will celebrate José Abreu hitting the milestone of 10 years of MLB service.

Jose Altuve will also be honored in a pregame ceremony with an award from League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC).

A Color Guard and honorary first pitch will be to honor POW/MIA Day.

A portion of the proceeds from Tuesday’s LGI Homes Share2Care 50/50 will go to Camp Hope.

Wednesday, Sept. 20 – Astros vs. Baltimore Orioles: 1:10 p.m. CT
The Astros will finish up the series against the Orioles at 1:10 p.m. CT.

The game will be televised on AT&T SportsNet. It will also be available on radio, KBME 790/94.5 FM and on Spanish radio, TUDN 93.3/KLAT 1010.

All fans in attendance will receive a mystery World Series Replica Ring.

In a pregame ceremony, the Astros Foundation will bring light to Domestic Violence Awareness, one of the pillars of the Astros Foundation.

Friday, Sept. 22 – Astros vs. Kansas City Royals: 7:10 p.m. CT
The Astros open their final home series of the regular season on Friday at 7:10 p.m. CT.

The game will be televised on AT&T SportsNet. It will also be available on radio, KBME 790/94.5 FM and on Spanish radio, TUDN 93.3/KLAT 1010. In honor of Hispanic Heritage Weekend, the game will also be a Los Astros Spanish Broadcast on AT&T SportsNet presented by Academy Sports + Outdoors. The Los Astros broadcast will be available on the AT&T SportsNet alternate channel.

The Astros will be celebrating Hispanic Heritage Weekend, presented by AARP Texas from Friday, Oct. 22 – Sunday, Oct. 24. The Astros will wear their Los Astros jerseys throughout the weekend and there will be pregame festivities, a street fest and more to celebrate.

Fans can also purchase a special bobblehead add-on package, presented by Hornitos. They can choose from 5 different Latin American countries (Cuba, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Venezuela) representing our players’ Hispanic roots. 10,000 fans will receive a José Abreu Los Astros Replica Jersey, presented by AARP Texas.

Astros shortstop Jeremy Peña will host the 13th and final Peña’s Pals of the 2023 season with kids from Hunter’s Creek Elementary. Pena’s Pals is a new program developed by Jeremy in partnership with the Astros Foundation. He wants to celebrate kids and their development in academics, character building and making healthy choices. During the 2023 season, Jeremy will choose a school/organization and pick five Peña Pals students based on character, grades and growth. Those five students will be treated to an Astros game courtesy of Peña, and will attend batting practice, receive special Peña’s Pals shirts and more.

Pregame Happy Hour presented by Budweiser will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Michelob Ultra Bar. Fans can enjoy $5 Ultra Drafts, a live D.J. and amazing views.

Friday Night Fireworks presented by ConocoPhillips are set for postgame, with Latin music, in honor of Hispanic Heritage Weekend as the musical theme. Friday Night Fireworks are subject to weather. In the event a show must be cancelled due to weather, refunds will not be granted.

Saturday, Sept. 23 – Astros vs. Kansas City Royals: 6:10 p.m. CT
Game two of the series against the Royals is set for 6:10 p.m. CT.

The game will be televised on AT&T SportsNet. It will also be available on radio, KBME 790/94.5 FM and on Spanish radio, TUDN 93.3/KLAT 1010. . In honor of Hispanic Heritage Weekend, the game will also be a Los Astros Spanish Broadcast on AT&T SportsNet presented by Academy Sports + Outdoors. As Hispanic Heritage Weekend, presented by AARP Texas continues, there will be a Hispanic Heritage Street Fest, presented by Hornitos from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. Fans will be able to enjoy live music, food trucks, yard games, face painters, caricaturists and more. A ticket to Saturday’s game is required to enter the street festival.

10,000 fans will receive a Sugar Skull Bobblehead, presented by Bank of America.

The Astros will celebrate the Hispanic roots of Astros players and coaches before first pitch during a special pregame ceremony.

Sunday, Sept. 24 – Astros vs. Kansas City Royals: 1:10 p.m. CT
The Astros will wrap up Hispanic Heritage Weekend, presented by AARP Texas and their home regular season schedule on Sunday vs. Kansas City at 1:10 p.m. CT.

Unless otherwise indicated because of a national broadcast, Astros local broadcasts are exclusively on AT&T SportsNet. Returning to the broadcast booth this year will be Todd Kalas and Geoff Blum along with reporter Julia Morales. Astros regular season coverage on AT&T SportsNet begins on Friday, March 31st when the defending World Series Champion Astros take on the Chicago White Sox at Minute Maid Park for Championship ring day. Coverage begins off with a special hour- long pregame show starting at 6pm. All season long Astros coverage will include Astros Pregame Show and Postgame Shows with Kevin Eschenfelder returning as host. Joining Eschenfelder on a rotating basis for another season will be former major leaguers Mike Stanton, Brian Bogusevic, Clay Hensley and Michael Bourn.
