The Astros minor league coordinators in 2023 will be as follows: Jason Bell (assistant diector, player development/field coordinator), Eric Niesen (pitching coordinator), Rafael Pena (hitting coordinator), Micheal Thomas (catching/outfielder coordinator), Mike Ramazzotti (infield/baserunning coordinator), Rene Rojas (assistant hitting coordinator), Thomas Whitsett (assistant pitching coordinator), Nick Shedd (head of strength and conditioning coordinator), Taylor Lile (head dietitian), John Gregorich (medical coordinator), Brian Faller (rehabilitation coordinator) Eric Pimentel (Dominican medical coordinator), Laura Ramos (Mental Health & Performance coordinator) and Chris Martin (strength and conditioning rehab coordinator).
