2022 Minnesota Twins Baseball Fantasy Camp sells out

More than 100 participants will join former Twins greats from January 8-15, 2022 in Fort Myers, Florida

MINNEAPOLIS-ST. PAUL, MN – The Minnesota Twins today announced that the club’s 2022 Baseball Fantasy Camp is officially sold out, with more than 100 participants from across the U.S. and Canada scheduled to participate in Fort Myers, Florida from January 8-15, 2022.

Held in conjunction with Ultimate Sports Adventures, LLC, the Minnesota Twins Baseball Fantasy Camp is the officially licensed camp of the club; it is returning in 2022 after being cancelled in 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Fantasy Campers will enjoy a week of living a Major League Baseball experience in the January warmth of Southwest Florida. While at camp, players receive a personalized Twins uniform (theirs to keep), use of the Twins clubhouse and spring training fields at the CenturyLink Sports Complex, and the opportunity to play at Hammond Stadium, spring training home of the Twins. Participants of the 2022 camp are also invited to play a bonus game at Target Field on Saturday, September 18, 2021.

While in Florida, campers will receive instruction from, and be coached by, such former Twins greats as Tony Oliva, Bert Blyleven, Kent Hrbek, Frank Viola, Jeff Reardon, Glen Perkins, Tim Laudner, Gene Larkin, Al Newman, Juan Berenguer, Mickey Hatcher, Bill “Soup” Campbell, Steve Braun, Phil Roof, Dick Stigman, J.C. Romero, Juan Rincon, Matthew LeCroy and others.

While the 2022 Camp is currently sold out, there is a waiting list for anyone interested in being part of the 2022 Camp should a cancellation occur.
