The Colorado Rockies announced Tuesday that they have agreed to terms on a five-year contract with free agent infielder/outfielder Ian Desmond.
The Rockies will hold a news conference at Coors Field this afternoon at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time in the Coors Clubhouse.
 
The Coors Field Media Gate at 20th and Blake will open at 1:00 p.m. at Gate D (Home Plate Entrance). Coors Field Lot A will be open for media parking. Television vans can enter through the back gate and park outside Bays 4 and 5.
 
The Rockies currently have 38 players on their 40-man roster.
