Earlier today, Major League Baseball released the 2024 spring training schedule. Please find some Yankees schedule notes and highlights below:

YANKEES 2024 SPRING SCHEDULE NOTES:

• Have 31 games scheduled, 16 at home and 15 on the road, including games against all four AL East opponents (Baltimore-2, Boston-2, Tampa Bay-2, Toronto-5).
• Will open their 2024 spring slate with a road game on 2/24 at Detroit.
• Will play their first home game on 2/25 vs. Toronto (SS) at GMS Field.
• Will play eight of their 16 home games on a Friday (3), Saturday (2) or Sunday (3).
• Will have split squad games on 2/25 (vs. Toronto and at Philadelphia), 3/11 (vs. Baltimore and at Philadelphia) and 3/23 (vs. Philadelphia and at Detroit).
• Will face the Red Sox on 3/13 at GMS Field and on 3/17 at Fort Myers.
• Will face the Mets on 3/5 at Port St. Lucie and 3/22 at GMS Field.
• Will play Detroit and Toronto more than any other team, with five games scheduled vs. each club.
• Visit the East Coast of Florida on 3/4 at Miami and 3/5 at the Mets.
• Will play their final home game on 3/23 vs. Philadelphia (SS).
• Will close out their spring slate on 3/24 at Pittsburgh.
