Began the season on the 60-day disabled list (right shoulder tendinitis) for Seattle and did not appear in a Major League game … signed with Colorado as a Minor League free agent on Dec. 16 ... Underwent an emergency appendectomy in Spring Training and then was on the disabled list with right shoulder tendinitis until beginning his rehab assignment with the AZL Mariners on July 7 ... Split the season between Triple-A Durham and Double-A Montgomery...opened the season with Durham and matched a club record with 5 SB on May 11 at Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (Yankees)...was hitting .295 (26-for-88) vs. lefties compared to .211 (27-for-128) vs. righties before being transferred to Montgomery on July 22...finished with 102 games played between the two levels, one shy of a career high.
