Was recalled by the Mets from Triple-A Norfolk on September 8 but did not pitch...his combined minor league totals from Norfolk and Double-A Binghamton were 12-8 with a 2.84 ERA, 167.2 innings pitched, 66 runs, 53 earned runs, 67 walks and 200 strikeouts...the 200 combined strikeouts led all Double and Triple A pitchers, as well as all Mets minor leaguers.
