Nakamura struggled in the big leagues, posting the highest ERA of any Toronto pitcher with more than five innings. He runs up the strikeouts, but he also gets hit pretty hard. Nakamura will likely start the season at Triple-A, unless he's taken off the 40-man roster entirely.
