Spent half the season in Cleveland, making 15 appearances/11 starts and proved to be a capable spot starter/long reliever over his 10 stints with the Guardians, four stints came as the extra player in various doubleheaders (started five games of DH including four straight starts, 6/28-7/23)…Opened the year on the Major League roster making his debut in the home opener (Apr. 15) vs. SF (1.0IP, 1BB, SO)…Became one of just three lefties to make double digit starts (Sam Hentges/Logan Allen) for Cleveland since the 2015 season…Was the third Guardian to debut in 2022…Tossed a then-career-high 3.2 innings in his first MLB start on May 8 vs. Toronto (3.2IP, 3H, 2R-ER, 3BB, 6SO)…He is the first “Konnor” to appear in an MLB game...Turned in the finest outing of his career on June 1 vs. Kansas City, twirling 5.0 shutout frames and earning his first Major League victory while fanning a career-high eight... Made four straight starts in twin bills from June 28-July 23, becoming the first CLE hurler to record four consecutive starts in doubleheaders since Tom Brennan from Oct. 2, 1982-Aug. 7, 1983...Posted a 1-2 mark with a 4.41 ERA in 11 starts (25ER/51.0IP) and didn’t allow a run over four relief outings (7.0IP, 2H, 0R)…Allowed just one XBH to a lefty all year.

Posted a breakout season between AA Akron and AAA Columbus in just his second professional season, going a combined 2-2 with a 1.62 ERA in 15 games/14 starts (61.0IP, 41H, 11ER, 20BB, 93SO, .189 AVG)...Averaged 13.72 SO per 9.0 IP for the year and 6.0 hits/9 IP while posting a WHIP of 1.00...Season was delayed to start due to a right shoulder strain suffered in the offseason...Was originally slated to be a part of February's Depth Camp along side the Major League club, but he did not report to Goodyear until April and opened the year on the 7-day Minor League Injured List...Began a rehab with the ACL club on June 28 and was activated at Akron on July 6...Promoted to AAA Columbus on Aug. 3.

Combined to go 5-9 with a 4.12 ERA (59 ER/129.0 IP) and 138 strikeouts over 25 starts between Class A Kannapolis and Class A Winston-Salem … Was named the White Sox Minor League Pitcher of the Month after going 1-0 with a 2.01 ERA (5 ER/22.1 IP) and 28 strikeouts over four starts in April … Ranked among White Sox organizational leaders in strikeouts (3rd) and IP (5th) … Entered the season rated by MLB Pipeline as the No. 20 prospect in the White Sox system.

Combined to go 0-1 with a 7.07 ERA (11 ER/14.0 IP) and 11 strikeouts over eight games (seven starts) between the Arizona Rookie League White Sox and Advanced Rookie Great Falls in his first professional season.
