Did not pitch due to the COVID-19 pandemic...Attended his second Major League Spring Training, his first since 2018…made one relief appearance, Feb. 27 at Oakland, and took the loss after allowing three runs on four hits in one inning pitched.

Missed the entire season as he continued his recovery from Tommy John surgery...Prior to the season, was claimed off waivers from San Francisco by Miami on Nov. 19, 2018...Placed on the Marlins' 60-day injured list on Feb. 13...Returned to Colorado as a Rule 5 Draft return by Miami, Oct. 19.

Appeared in 24 games for the DSL Rockies and went 3-2 with a 3.55 ERA (13er, 33.0ip) before being promoted to Rookie Level Grand Junction to end the season...His four saves with the DSL Rockies were tied for the team lead, while his 17 games finished were the most on the club.
