Spent most of the season at Triple-A Toledo; had his contract selected on 9/4 and optioned to Toledo on 9/8...Set professional career highs in games (145), hits (137), doubles (39), runs scored (84), RBI (99) and stolen bases (7)...Made his MLB debut on 9/5 at LAA, striking out as a pinch hitter; made his only other appearance with Detroit the following day on 9/6, going 0-for-4 as the designated hitter...Paced all Triple-A players in doubles, extra-base hits (70) and total bases (267) while finishing second in RBI...Led the Tigers organization in hits, doubles, extra-base hits, total bases, runs and RBI; his doubles were the most by a Tigers Minor Leaguer since 2017, and his extra-base hits and total bases were the most since 2014...Had four different hitting streaks of at least eight games, including a season-high 10 straight from 7/10-26; slashed .333/.356/.571 (14-for-42) with four doubles, two homers, nine runs scored, 11 RBI, two walks and one stolen base during the stretch...Finished 4-for-4 with a double, two home runs, five RBI and two runs scored in his final home game of the season on 9/25 vs. Columbus; set a single-game career high with 11 total bases; marked his 10th career multi-homer effort.

Spent most of the 2021 season with Double-A Erie, playing in 84 games...also saw time at the Triple-A level, appearing in 25 games with Toledo...Had a four-hit performance May 20 vs. Binghamton, going 4-for-5 with two doubles, a triple and three RBI...Selected Double-A Northeast Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending August 29 after hitting .333/.400/.815 with two doubles, a triple, three home runs and eight RBI in six games...Earned Tigers Minor League Player of the Month and Double-A Northeast Player of the Month honors for August, batting .363/.427/.950 with seven doubles, two triples, 12 home runs and 25 RBI in 22 games...had three multi-homer efforts for Erie during the month, hitting two round-trippers Aug. 7 at Harrisburg, Aug. 10 vs. Altoona and Aug. 20 at Richmond...Posted consecutive multi-homer games for Triple-A Toledo on Sept. 10-11 at Iowa.
