Combined to hit .267 (8-30) with 9 runs scored over 37 Major League games (4 starts) between the Cubs and Red Sox... Went 5-for-16 (.313) with one walk, 7 runs scored and a stolen base in 17 games with Boston...Made eight pinch-running appearances for the Red Sox and came around to score in five of them, each of which either tied the game or put the Red Sox ahead... Acquired from the Devil Rays along with INF Fernando Cortez in exchange for LHP J.P.
