His 52 steals led the Northwest League and were second-most in all of High-A...his 52 steals were most among any player in the Giants organization in 2023. Also led the NWL in runs (101) and hits (126)... ranked inside the top-10 in the NWL in batting average (ninth, .255), RBI (sixth, 66), on-base percentage (fifth, .360), slugging percentage (ninth, .417), OPS (fifth, .777), walks (third, 72), triples (T-3rd, six) and doubles (fourth, 26). From July 1 through the end of the season, McCray slashed .280/.388/.449 (.837 OPS) with 16 doubles, six homers, 24 RBI and 22 stolen bases (57 game Logged a .788 OPS with 12 of his 16 homers vs. righties...had a .756 OPS with two homers versus lefties. Played predominantly centerfield for the Emeralds, logging 992 innings there with a .992 fielding percentage...also saw action in right field (72.1 innings).
