Was limited to just 11 games at the Major and Minor League level…began the season on the injured with a strained shoulder, finished the year on the IL with a strained right calf and underwent surgery on his hip at the end of August. Went 1-1 with a 4.91 ERA and .838 opponents OPS in five games, including one start, with the A’s. Allowed a .204 opponents batting average but issued 11 walks in 14.2 innings for a .338 OnBase percentage … surrendered four home runs. His opponents batting average broke down to .182 (6-for-33) against right-handed hitters and .238 (5-for-21) against left-handers…all six of hits allowed to righties were for extra bases (two doubles, four home runs) … had a .963 OPS against righties, .638 against lefties. Opponents were 1-for-14 (.071) with runners in scoring position … three of his four home runs allowed were solo shots. Stranded his only inherited runner and first batters faced were 1-for-4 (.250) in his relief appearances. Combined to go 1-1 with a 1.66 ERA and .176 opponents batting average in six starts with the ACL A’s and Triple-A Las Vegas. Left-handed hitters were 5-for-31 (.161), right-handers 8-for-43 (.186). Allowed a .143 average with runners in scoring position. Tossed at least 2.0 innings in all 11 of his appearances in the majors and minors.

Pitched across two levels of the Braves organization, going a combined 6-4 with a 3.44 ERA (28 ER/73.1 IP)...Started the season in High-A Rome and made five starts and two appearances before joining Double-A Mississippi, making nine starts...Struck out 61 hitters over 45.0 IP and finished with a 2.60 ERA with the M-Braves....Made one start in Mississippi's Double-A Championship run...Struck out seven hitters over 4.1 innings pitched and allowed two runs and three hits...Enters 2022 as Atlanta's No. 9 prospect.

Spent the year with High-A Florida and made three rehab appearances with the GCL Braves...Combined to go 3-8 with a 4.75 ERA (56 ER/106.0 IP) in 22 starts...Went on the injured list on 6/4 with a right rotator cuff strain, and was reinstated on 7/17...Ended the season ranked by MLB.com as the Braves' No. 15 prospect.

In his first full professional season, pitched in 27 games, 11 starts, with Single-A Rome, going 5-5 with a 3.96 ERA (34 ER/77.1 IP)…Named a South Atlantic League Mid-Season All-Star after going 3-0 with a 1.42 ERA (5 ER/31.2 IP) in 15 games before the break.
