Participated in the Red Sox Rookie Development Program, visiting patients at Boston Children’s Hospital and hosting a Play Ball clinic with the Red Sox Foundation...Appeared in 25 Minor League games with the White Sox, Reds and Red Sox organizations.

2022

Was named the Red Sox Minor League Pitcher of the Year after going 5-2 with a 2.72 ERA (15 ER/49.2 IP), seven saves, 64 strikeouts (11.6 per 9.0 IP) and a 0.91 WHIP in 43 relief appearances with Class AA Portland and Class AAA Worcester...Limited opponents to a .155 (26-168) opponents average between the two stops...Went 3-0 with a 0.00 ERA (8.0 IP) over six appearances in April, allowing one unearned run on two hits with no walks and 15 strikeouts...Posted a 1.61 ERA (4 ER/22.1 IP) over his final 21 outings with Worcester from 7/6-9/14...His contract was selected by Boston on 9/17 and made his MLB debut that day vs. Kansas City, allowing four runs without recording an out…threw 1.0 IP in each of his final four outings.

Attended ML Spring Training camp with the Sox as a non-roster invitee, his first big league camp...Ranked 2nd among Double-A Portland pitchers in starts (18) and innings (84.1)...Tossed 5.0+ innings seven times.
