Spent the majority of his first season in the Tigers organization with Single A Lakeland in 2006, before appearing in one game with Erie in September -- saw action in a career-high 42 games between his two stops...Topped all Florida State League pitchers with five double plays for Lakeland...Split his time with Lakeland between the starting rotation and bullpen -- finished 2-3 with a 3.78 ERA (64.1IP/27ER) in 11 starts, while he was 2-1 with a 4.29 ERA (42.0IP/20ER) in 30 relief appearances...Transferred to Erie on August 31 -- took the loss in his only outing with the SeaWolves on September 3 versus Akron.
