David Alan Robertson…he and his wife, the former Erin Cronin, were married on 1/30/09…the couple has two children: son Luke (8/27/12) and daughter Violet (7/3/17)…David’s older brother, Connor, was a 31st-round selection by Oakland in the 2004 MLB Draft and pitched in a total of nine Major League games with the A’s (2007) and Diamondbacks (2008)…Robertson joys hunting, fishing, and watching the 18-time National Champion Alabama Crimson Tide football team.

2023

David made his return to the majors in 2021 with Tampa Bay, posting a 4.50 ERA (6 ER/12.0 IP) with two holds and 16 strikeouts in 12 relief appearances... Signed a minor league contract with Tampa Bay on Aug. 18 and was recalled from Triple-A Durham on Sept. 1... Made the first start of his major league career on Sept. 24 vs. Miami...
