Made six separate stints with Toronto…17 of his 21 outings were scoreless. Tossed a career-high 6.0 innings of relief without allowing a run August 10 vs. DET … Marked his first and only win (1-1 record). Did not allow a home run in his final 30.0 innings pitched. Suffered a fractured right hand during batting practice in Tampa Bay and was placed on the 15-day DL on Sept. 5 … Was later transferred to the 60-day DL Sept. 28. Appeared in 21 games, including four starts, for the Bisons, posting a 1-3-2 record with a 4.70 ERA…Began the season throwing 11.0 scoreless innings before it was snapped April 19…He also recorded two saves in two opportunities.

Six of his seven relief appearances were 2.0 IP or more…Posted an ERA of 2.00 (4ER/18.0) while holding opponents to a .190 average in long relief. Was recalled from New Hampshire (AA) on August 24 for his 2nd stint with Toronto…With the Fisher Cats was 0-0, with a 1.20 ERA in four games (three game starts). Posted a 1-0 record in three game starts for the Blue Jays when called up from New Hampshire May 11…Threw 5.0 innings allowing two earned runs in each of those three starts…In five of his six career starts has thrown 5.0 innings while surrendering just two earned runs. As a starter posted an ERA of 3.60 (6ER/15.0) with opponents batting .305 (18-59) in those three games. Prior to his promotion to New Hampshire won four of his final five starts, tossing seven or more innings in three of them... Posted a 2.04 ground ball to fly ball ratio in Dunedin... GONE FISHING: Was promotoed to New Hampshire in time for his June 11 start... Made 16 starts for the Fisher Cats, holding Eastern League opponents to a .247 average... 10 of his 16 starts were quality starts.

In his first professional season, began at Lansing (Low-A) before being promoted to Dunedin (High-A) at the end of June for the balance of the season...
