Appeared in Majors with Houston for 1st time since 2007, going 1-1 with 11.32 ERA (13er, 10.1ip) in 13 games...Was called up from minors June 1 and made his 1st appearance with Houston June 2 vs. Washington...Earned win July 7 vs. Pittsburgh, tossing 2.0-scoreless frames with 2 strikeouts...Also pitched for triple-A Round Rock, forging 2-3 record with 8 saves and 4.91 ERA (24er, 44.0ip) in 35 games.
2009
Pitched for Texas during Spring Training, posting no record and a 1.50 ERA (1ER/6IP) in six relief appearances...released by the Rangers on April 1 and signed by Houston to a minor league contract on April 14...assigned to Triple A Round Rock where he went 4-3 with five saves and a 2.91 ERA (18ER/55.2IP)...led all Express relievers in wins and appearances (49g)...allowed more than one earned run in only three of his 49 appearances...earned Round Rock Pitcher of the Month for July after posting a 3-1 record with a 3.48 ERA (4ER/10.1IP) in eight games...declared a minor league free agent on Nov. 9 and was later re-signed by Houston for the 2010 season on Nov. 21.

Held opponents to a .228 batting average with lefthanders hitting just .212 off the righty...posted a 2.70 ERA over his first 29 outings through June 26...his ERA over his final 15 games was 5.61 (16ER/25.2IP)...pitched just three times after August 1...held opponents to .195 average with men in scoring position and two out...released by the Minnesota organization on Aug. 23...signed by Texas to a minor league contract with an invitation to Major League Spring Training on Dec. 19.
2007
Spent the entire year with Triple A Tucson, splitting time between the bullpen and rotation...made his first start of the season on April 24, allowing one run in 3.0 innings before moving into the rotation for the remainder of season on June 23...overall posted a 6-3 record with a 5.82 ERA (50ER/77.1IP) in 16 starts.
2006
Appeared in 10 games in relief over three stints with the Diamondbacks...after starting season at Tucson, had his contract selected by Arizona on April 12...made his first appearance on April 15 vs. HOU...optioned to Tucson on April 19...recalled on May 2 and made seven appearances before being optioned back on May 26...recalled June 21 but did not appear in a game before being optioned on June 22...finished the year with Tucson, posting a 4.40 ERA over his final 29 games...made two playoff appearances during the Sidewinders run to the Pacific Coast League title, working 3.1 scoreless innings and allowing just one hit.

Pitched the entire season at Tennessee, appearing in 58 games, including two starts...ranked third in Southern League in saves (19)...was 2-0, with a 0.00 ERA (11.2IP) with one save in May....finished June with eight saves, a 2-0 record and a 0.77 ERA...played in the Southern League All-Star Game...played for the Arizona Desert Dogs in the Arizona Fall League, going 2-0 with five saves and 3.46 ERA.

Opened the season with Arizona, making his Major League debut in a start on April 9 vs. STL...lasted 2.2 innings, allowing 10 hits and eight runs in 13-6 loss...recorded his first major league win, allowing four hits over 5.1 scoreless innings in a 2-0 victory over the Cubs at Wrigley Field on May 5...recorded his second win in next start on May 10, defeating the Mets 10-8 at Shea Stadium...optioned to Tucson for the remainder of the season on June 1...went 4-9 with a 6.88 ERA in 18 outings (15 starts).
2003
Led the Texas League in innings (176.1) in his first full Double A season at El Paso...posted a 5.50 ERA in his first 14 games, but had a 3.71 mark over his final 15 outings...went 2x2 with a homer, April 9 at Round Rock..earned league pitcher of the week honors for June 16-22 (9.0-inning CG allowing one run) and July 14-20 (two runs in 16.0 innings over two starts).

Began the season at Lancaster (A) before a promotion to El Paso (AA) on July 26...did not allow more than two runs in any of his first four starts with the Diablos...tied for first in games started (28) among all D'backs' minor leaguers.
