Led Class A Modesto in innings pitched and strikeouts and was a California League midseason All-Star...led the CL with two complete-game shutouts (a 1-hitter and 2-hitter)...ranked second in the CL in strikeouts and seventh in ERA.

Led the South Atlantic League in strikeouts and games started.

2006

Bumped up to short-season Class A Tri-City in the Northwest League where he made 15 starts, compiling a 4-4 record and a 4.14 ERA (35ER/76IP)...tossed his first career complete game in his final start of the season on Sept. 3 at Boise (1ER, 5H).

2005

Began his professional career with Rookie-level Casper in the Pioneer League and posted a 3-4 record and a 7.55 ERA (52ER/62IP) in 15 starts.
