Played baseball for three seasons at the University of New Mexico…as a sophomore, led the Lobos with a .381 BA, 63R, 21 doubles, five triples, a .470 OBP and 18SB, while being named to the Second-Team All-Mountain West.

2023

Combined to hit .248 (26-for-105) with 16R, six doubles, one triple, 1HR, 7RBI, 14BB and 6SB in 31 games with the ACL Giants Orange, ACL Giants Black and Triple-A Sacramento…missed the majority of the season after undergoing lower back surgery.

2022

Played his first full season in the big leagues, appearing in 98 games while hitting .254 with 31 runs scored, 17 doubles, two triples, four home runs and 36 RBI along with 10 stolen bases...Made 89 starts (57 starts in RF, 24 in LF, five in CF & three as the DH)…Batted .309 (21x68) with runners in scoring position...Hit his first career home run on April 25 at Milwaukee, hitting a two-run, go-ahead shot off RHP Jake Cousins to give the Giants a 4-2 lead...Named the NL Rookie of the Month for May...he hit .368 with seven doubles, one homer, 13 RBI and had a .910 OPS in 23 May games...Threw 1.1-scoreless innings in May 15’s 15-6 loss to St. Louis...also hit a three-run homer that night off Albert Pujols...Ended up appearing in five games as a pitcher for SF, most by a Giants position player in a single season since 1901 when Charlie Hickman did so in nine games...Pitched in back-to-back games May 22-23, the first Giants position player to do so since 1906...as on the 10-day IL from June 23-July 9 with a low back strain, an injury he couldn’t fully heal from and that eventually ended his season, being placed on the IL a second time with the same injury on Sept. 25...Hit .289 with six homers and 13 RBI in 20 games at Triple-A Sacramento...11 of those 20 games came in April.

2021

Appeared in six games for the White Sox a while also playing in 40 games at Triple-A Charlotte before being welcomed by the Giants...Batted .260 with six homers, 15 RBI and an .860 OPS in 31 games from June-July with Charlotte...Had season-ending right shoulder surgery in August...Claimed off waivers by the Giants on Aug. 11...recalled to SF on Aug. 15 and placed on the 60-day injured list.

2020

Appeared in three games with the White Sox … entered one game each in center and left field and went 0-1 as a pinch-hitter...His contract purchased from the Schaumburg training facility on 8/17...Made his major-league debut on 8/18 vs. Detroit as a defensive replacement in center field … was hit by a pitch in his first career plate appearance and scored his first run...Was optioned to Schaumburg on 8/28...Preseason Baseball America Rankings: No. 10 prospect in the White Sox system...Preseason MLB.com Rankings: White Sox No. 15 prospect.

2019

Led Class AA Birmingham in runs (63) and triples (four), ranked second in hits (117), homers (nine) and RBI (59) and tied for second in doubles (18) and stolen bases (17)...Made 57 starts in center field, 29 in right and 20 in left, recording seven assists...Batted .280 (26-93) with five doubles, two home runs, 10 RBI and 14 walks over 24 games in August...
