Season began on June 7 after missing the latter half of 2018 due to right elbow surgery...Appeared in seven games between Single-A Lake County and Mahoning Valley before being activated at AAA Columbus on July 1...Appeared in 21 Triple-A games to finish out the season, posting a 2.42 ERA over his first 18 appearances (6 ER/22.1 IP) before allowing 7 runs/ ER over his last three outings (2.1 IP)...Allowed three runs in 3.2 IP in the AAA postseason (3 G).

Season was limited to 16 relief appearances after opening the campaign on the Disabled List after suffering a forearm strain in Spring Training...Season began on 5/15 and was shutdown on 6/28 with continued elbow soreness...Underwent reconstructive elbow surgery in July.

Spent most of the year at AA Akron before making his final two appearances with the Columbus Clippers following Aug. 31 promotion...Over his last 13 appearances at Akron he posted an ERA of 1.42 (2ER/12.2IP)...Was named an Eastern League Midseason All-Star after posting a first half ERA of 2.66 in 25 outings (47.1IP, 39H, 14ER)...Finished tied for 7th in the EL in saves and tied for 10th in games pitched ...Limited left-handed batters to a .178 (16-90, 1HR) average against and EL batters hit .218 (12/55) off him with RISP.
