After signing a one-year major league contract with the Cubs for the 2021 season, Jonathan missed a majority of the season after being placed on the disabled list with a strained right shoulder on March 29... Pitched 2.0 innings between two rehab appearances (one start) with Triple-A Iowa and the ACL Cubs.
