Split the 2017 season between Detroit and Triple A Toledo, appearing in a career-high 24 games with the Tigers ... Compiled a 2-0 record with a 2.25 ERA (20.0IP/5ER) and 14 strikeouts in four starts with Toledo in April ... Named International League Pitcher of the Week for the week ending June 4 after making two starts during the week, going 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA (14.1IP/0ER) and 13 strikeouts ... Made his season debut with the Tigers on July 24 vs. Kansas City, allowing two runs with a strikeout in 3.0 innings ... Posted a 1.74 ERA (10.1/2ER) and eight strikeouts in 10 appearances from August 27-September 15.

2016

Limited to 19 games with the Tigers in 2016 after missing most of the season due to injury... Made an Opening Day roster at the major league level for the first time in his career... Picked up the win on Opening Day at Miami, throwing a scoreless inning with one hit and one walk... Did not allow a run in eight of his first nine appearances of the season from April 5-April 22 - had a 3.38 ERA (8.0IP/3ER) with two strikeouts during the stretch... Sidelined from May 23-November 4 with thoracic outlet syndrome... Transferred to the 60-day disabled list on June 20.

2015

Appeared in 20 games in two stints with the Tigers in 2015 and posted a 2-0 record with a 2.05 ERA (26.1IP/6ER) and 13 strikeouts. Also saw time at Double-A Erie and Triple-A Toledo and compiled a 3-3 record with three saves, a 3.41 ERA (34.1IP/13ER) and 26 strikeouts over 20 appearances. Sidelined from April 9-June 2 with a L4 pars stress fracture. Recalled from Double-A Erie by the Tigers on July 3. Optioned to Triple-A Toledo on July 6. Earned the first win of his major league career in the second game of the doubleheader on September 13 at Cleveland, throwing 2.0 hitless innings with two walks.
