Spent the 2020 season with the Nerds Herd in Joliet, Illinois...was formed as part of a four-team league, called the City of Champions Cup, and the team was sponsored by Ferrara Candy Company, the Chicago manufacturer that produces Nerds candy... Had a 0.47 ERA and played their games at DuPage Medical Group Field, the same field where Krol once won a high school state title.

Combined to pitch in 46 games between Triple A Louisville and Triple A Rochester in 2019... Appeared in 12 games with Louisville during May and had a 1.69 ERA (10.2IP/2ER) and 15 strikeouts.
