Recalled for a third stint on 7/16, working three scoreless innings before being optioned back to Tucson on 7/22. Recalled for a fourth and final stint on 8/18, going 1-0 with a 0.49 ERA (1ER/18.1 IP), a .169 (11-for-65) opponents batting average and 20 strikeouts against three walks over his final 20 outings for San Diego.
