ORIOLES:Was purchased by Baltimore on September 1 and appeared in 14 games over season's final month...started 7 games in right and one in center...made major league debut with start in left on Sept. 4 at Tampa Bay, going 0-for-3...singled off the Yankees' Scott Proctor on Sept. 5 for 1st ML hit...was hitless in his final 9 at bats...was successful on both stolen base attempts...committed one error in 13 total chances...was designated for assignment by the Orioles on January 13, 2012 and released on January 19.

Led the Carolina League in stolen bases (40) and was 3rd in runs (83) at Frederick...also topped the Keys in games (136) and walks (62) and was 2nd in hits (134)...had 37 starts as the leadoff hitter, batting .310 (39-126) in that spot...hit .308 (29-94) over a 25-game span from May 30-June 28...had a season high 8-game hitting streak from July 25-August 2...stole 3 bases on May 1 vs. Myrtle Beach, August 2 vs. Salem, and August 15 vs. Winston Salem...

2009

Spent most of season at Delmarva (Low A), ranking 10th in the South Atlantic League in stolen bases (31)... led the Shorebirds in steals, walks (49) and runs (61-tied) and was 2nd in on-base percentage (.365)...hit .326 (29-89) with 18 runs in 23 July games...had a pair of 4-hit games, June 29 at Lakewood and July 13 vs. Lexington...played in 6 games for Frederick

2008

Made pro debut with 11 games at Aberdeen (Short Season A)...had 1st career 3-hit game, June 27 at Brooklyn.
