Joshua Colt Hynes. Attended Weatherford (TX) High School, graduating in 2003. Played two years at North Central Texas College in Gainesville, TX, selected to the All-Conference team in both of his years. Played his last two seasons at Texas Tech University where in his first season he went 5-3 with a team-low 2.93 ERA.
2014
Spent majority of season with Albuquerque (AAA) in the Dodgers system, exclusively out of the bullpen. Joined the Bisons on August 15 and did not allow a run in his first six appearances (7.2IP, 2H, BB, 6K). Had shutout string end in his last outing of season, allowing one run in one inning on a solo HR. Allowed just three runs over his last 15 appearances between Albuquerque and Buffalo over 20.1 IP (1.33 ERA).
