In 51 games for triple-A Durham in Tampa Bay system, led Bulls in saves (13) and ranked second in appearances (52). Ranked fifth among Bulls' pitchers in innings pitched (67.2)...Among Rays' organizational pitchers, his 13 saves tied for third-most, and of organizational pitchers with 50.0+ innings, his 1.86 ERA ranked second...With Major League club from May 8-19, appearing in four games. Made season debut on May 8 at Baltimore, tossing 1.0 scoreless inning...Designated for assignment by Tampa Bay on May 25 and outrighted to Durham on May 27...Following MLB stint, surrendered just 11 earned runs over final 39 games (1.99 ERA) while converting 13-of-15 save opportunities...Surrendered two-or-more runs in just four of 51 games, with a season-high three on May 21 at Columbus...Tossed a season-high 2.1 innings in second win of year, June 22 vs. Buffalo. Won five consecutive decisions, April 17-May 11.

Began season at Double-A New Britain...recorded first win, April 19 vs. New Hampshire...allowed just two earned runs in his final 14 appearances (19.2 ip)...struck out four batters in 2.0 innings, May 30 vs. Binghamton...transferred to Triple-A Rochester, June 2 after posting an ERA of 2.00 (36.0 ip, 8 er) in 26 games with the Rock Cats...recorded his first win with the Red Wings with 3.0 innings of scoreless relief, June 8 vs. Syracuse...recorded first save with the Red Wings, June 15 at Columbus...went 1-1 with four saves and a 1.80 ERA (15.0 ip, 3 er) in 12 games in July...held righthanded batters to an average of .233 (42-for-180), while lefties hit .252 (33-for-131) on the season...tied with Anthony Slama for most appearances (62) among Twins minor leaguers and was tied for third in all of minor league baseball.

Myers...did not allow an earned run in seven appearances, going 0-1, 0.00 (11.1 ip, 0 er), April 4-22...did not allow a run in 12 of 14 appearances, converting eight of 10 save opportunities, April 25-June 5...selected to Florida State League All-Star Game, July 14 at Brevard County...promoted to Double-A New Britain, June 16...was 1-0, 1.29 (14.0 ip, 2 er) in nine appearances, June 18-July 12...season-high six strikeouts, July 2 at Reading...did not allow a run in 13 of 14 appearances, going 1-0, 0.47 (19.0 ip, 1 er) with five saves, July 21-September 1...was second in Eastern League with a .171 batting-average-against...named Baseball America Second Team Minor League All-Star...played for Phoenix in the Arizona Fall League.

Named Twins' Minor League Pitcher of the Month for May, 2007. Also earned spots on Midwest League's midseason and postseason All-Star teams. Rated by Baseball America as the Midwest League's 'Best Reliever'.
