Accrued major league service time for the seventh consecutive season…was a non-roster in-vite to Rangers spring training…released by Texas on May 14, signed a minor league contract with the St. Louis Cardinals on May 27 and selected to their major league roster on July 7…designated for assignment on July 19, signed a minor league con-tract with the Atlanta Braves on July 23 and trad-ed to the Milwaukee Brewers on Aug 13…suited up for four Triple-A teams on the season.
