Followed that appearance with his second win on June 27 vs. Syracuse (1.0 IP)...Was two-of-four in save opportunities, earning saves on June 20 vs. Durham and July 26 vs.
Colorado Springs...Tossed a season-high 3.0 innings of relief on August 26 vs. Buffalo, earning his final win of the season...Prior to the All-Star break, posted a 2-2 record with one save and a 2.25 ERA (24.0 IP/6 ER) in 18

but opened the year with Double-A Portland...Combined to finish 3rd in the Red Sox farm system
with a career-high 12 saves...Also set personal bests with 8 wins (8-3), a 2.45 ERA (20 ER/73.1 IP),
and 48 appearances...Recorded 76 strikeouts in 73.1 innings, an average of 9.3 K's per 9.0 innings...
Went 0-1 with 4 saves in 4 opportunities and a 1.19 ERA (3 ER/22.2 IP) over 13 games with
the Sea Dogs...Earned a May 15 promotion to Pawtucket where he went 7-3 with 8 saves and a
3.02 ERA (17 ER/50.2 IP)...Fanned 50 Triple-A batters and walked 14...Logged a 3.00 ERA (1 ER/3.0
IP) in 2 post-season games for the PawSox and earned the save in the club's only playoff victory on
September 4 vs. Scranton/Wilkes-Barre...Made winter league stops with Escogido in the Dominican
Republic and Caracas in Venezuela, combining on a 4.15 ERA (4 ER/82. IP) in 13 games.
