Started the season with Triple-A Rochester and made just three starts, going 0-0, 2.70 ERA (16.2 IP, 5 ER)with 17 strikeouts... Had contract selected by Minnesota May 24... Went 3-0, 1.80 ERA (25.0 IP, 5 ER) in a four-start span May 29-June 15 for Minnesota...went 3-0, 1.67 (27.0 IP, 5 ER) in four starts July 13-August 2...
