Robert Johnathan Mosebach...Attended Leonard High Scool (FL) and Hillsborough Community College (FL)...Was previously selected by the Montreal Expos in the 12th round (354th overall) of the 2004 draft (did not sign)...Originally signed by Angels' scout Tom Kotchman.
2009
Selected by the Philadelphia Phillies in the Rule V draft, December 11, 2008 but was returned to the Angels prior to the season...Began season at double-A Arkansas, posting a 2-0 record with six saves and an 0.34 ERA (26.1 IP - 1 ER) in 19 relief appearances...Was named to Texas League Mid-Season All-Star team...Promoted to triple-A Salt Lake where he compiled a 2-2 record with seven saves and a 2.23 ERA (40.1 IP - 10 ER) in 33 relief appearances...Had contract selected by Angels, July 24...Appeared in three games with Angels, did not record a decision while posting a 7.71 ERA (2.1 IP - 2 ER)...Made Major League debut, July 25 vs. Minnesota (1 IP, 2 H)...Optioned to Salt Lake, July 29.
