Split season between Tampa and Trenton and combined to hit .261 with 10 home runs, 45 RBI and 90 runs scored in 130 games...Led all Yankee minor leaguers with a career-high 63 stolen bases...Began season with Tampa, but was promoted to Double-A on 5/19...Stole a franchise-record 47 bases in only 86 games with the Thunder...Also ranked second in the Eastern League in stolen bases...Established franchise records in stolen bases for a game (four on 7/29 vs. Portland) and in a calendar month (20 in August)...Also swiped bases in five straight games three times (5/20-24, 7/17-21 and 8/8-11) while with Trenton.

Made the switch from second base to the outfield, playing in 68 games (67 starts in center field) for Rookie-League Staten Island...hit .262 (68-for-260) with 6HR and 33RBI...ranked fifth in the New York Penn League with 46 runs scored.
