Spent most of the season at Triple-A Oklahoma City but did appear in one game in the majors with
Texas...was recalled May 15 and made his one appearance May 20 against Baltimore (0.2 ip, 2 h, 2
r, 2 er, 2 bb, 2 so, 1 hbp, 27.00 ERA)...was optioned back to Oklahoma City May 29 and spent the
remainder of the season with the RedHawks...was called back up to Texas Sept. 29 to be placed on the
60-day disabled list with a right finger contusion...went 7-7 with a 5.18 ERA in 23 games, 22 starts at
the Triple-A level...the games and games started were minor league bests as were his 123.1 innings
pitched...struck out 104 batters in his starting assignments for an average of 7.74 per strikeouts per
nine inning...that was the third best figure among Pacific Coast League starting pitchers...also tied
for the PCL lead with four balks...tied for the team lead in games started and ranked second in wins,

June 22 to Aug. 6 (7.20 ERA)...issued a season-high six walks in 4.0 innings July 17 against Iowa...allowed
nine runs on a season-high 13 hits in 6.0 innings Aug. 1 against Iowa...then yielded a season-high
10 runs on 10 hits in 4.2 innings in his next start Aug. 6 at Salt Lake...tossed 6.0 scoreless innings and
matched his season-high with nine strikeouts in a no decision at Round Rock Aug. 24...fired his only
complete game of the season in his final start, a 5-4 loss to Nashville in the second game of a doubleheader
Sept. 2 (7.0 ip, 7 h, 5 r, 5 er, 1 bb, 7 so)...made one postseason start and was the losing pitcher
in the RedHawks' 7-5 loss to Memphis in Game 1 of the first round of the PCL Playoffs (4.2 ip, 9 h, 7 r,
6 er, 3 bb, 5 so, 3 hr, 11.57 ERA).

Moscoso made his major league debut in 2009, appearing in 10 games across 5 separate stints out of the Rangers
bullpen...was with the club from May 29 (G2)-June 1, June 9-19, July 28-29, Aug. 18-19 and Sept. 1-end of season...spent bulk of
the year used primarily as a starter in the minor leagues and had notable success against left-handers, who combined to hit just .172
(33-192)...began the season at Double-A Frisco and was promoted directly to Texas before getting optioned back to Triple-A
Oklahoma City.
2008
After a DL stint to open the season, combined to go 5-4 with a 2.70 ERA (26 ER/86.2 IP) in 21 games/12 starts for Lakeland
(High-A) and Erie (AA)...recorded 122 strikeouts against just 21 walks, as opponents batted a combined .194 (60-310)...opened the
season on the disabled list with a right shoulder strain, but was activated on May 15...had 3 different 10-strikeout games in his 12
starts for the year, and added a pair of 9-K efforts...pitched for Caracas in the Venezuelan Winter League, tossing 7.0 scoreless
innings over his final 3 appearances...participated in Rangers' pitching mini-camp at Rangers Ballpark in January 2009.

Oneonta win...did not allow a run over 24.2 innings in 4-start stretch from July 3-20...made start for Lakeland on June 14 vs. Tampa
(3.0 IP, 0 R) before joining Oneonta...finished the year with a start for West Michigan on Aug. 31 vs. Great Lakes, taking no decision
despite taking a 2-1 lead into the 9th (8.0 IP, 5 H, 1 R-ER, 0 BB, 7 SO)...did not pitch for West Michigan in club's Midwest League
