2006
Led the Southern League with 14 losses, 90 runs and 83 earned runs allowed...Led AA Mississippi staff in all 3 categories as well as wins (8), starts (27), innings (155.0) and strikeouts (117)...Had 10 "Quality Starts" (6.0 or more IP, 3 or fewer ER allowed) on the year...Allowed 2 runs or fewer in 12 starts and 3 runs or less in 15 of his 27 starts...Did not get a decision in his first two starts of the year, then had his best outing of the season on April 20 at West Tennessee...Went 8.0 innings, allowing 2 unearned runs for the victory...Improved to 2-0 with a win on April 25 vs. Montgomery, but lost his next 3 decisions...Evened his record to 3-3 by beating Chattanooga on May 30, then pitched to his 5th no-decision in his next start on June 4 at Carolina...Beginning with his start on June 10, recorded a decision in each of his last 16 starts of the season, going 5-11 with a 5.48 ERA (87.0IP, 53ER)...Lost 3 straight games, June 10-20, and had a season-high 4-game losing streak, August 10- 27...Allowed 7 and 10 runs in the first two games of the latter stretch, August 10 vs. Huntsville and August 17 at West Tennessee...Pitched 8.0 scoreless innings, allowing 5 hits, to earn a win in his last start of the year on September 2 vs. Montgomery...Batted .194 (7-36) on the season...Was used 4 times as a pinch-hitter and 3 times as a pinch-runner.

Began the season on the disabled list with left shoulder tendinitis before starting his 3rd season at Myrtle Beach in late May...Made only 4 appearances, including one start, before going on the DL again in early June with tendinitis in the left shoulder again.

After beginning the year on the DL with left shoulder tendinitis, made 2 starts at Myrtle Beach before being promoted to AA Greenville...Combined to go 4-9 with a 4.26 ERA in 19 games, all starts (95.0IP, 45ER)...Allowed 3 earned runs or less in 15 starts...At Greenville, went 3-3 with a 3.83 ERA through his first 11 starts...Went 0-5 over his last 6 starts beginning 7/24, pitching to a 5.70 ERA (30.0IP, 19ER).
