Ramon High School in Panama City, Panama in 1988 ... participated in baseball and was selected as Panama's best defensive catcher by the Baseball Association of Panama in 1988 ... played on Panama's National Team with current Major League players Mariano Rivera and Ramiro Mendoza.

2005

Began the season with Triple A Nashville ... the Brewers purchased his contract from Nashville on June 6 ... saw action as a pinch-hitter in the June 8 game vs New York (A) ... was outrighted to Nashville on June 13 where he finished the season ... played in 64 games for the Sounds in 2005 ... hit .258 with four homers and 30 RBI for the PCL-Champion Nashville Sounds this season.

2002

Spent the majority of the season with Triple A Oklahoma in the Pacific Coast League ... hit .314 against lefthanders ... also played at Class A Savannah and Double A Tulsa during the course of the season.

2003

Spent the entire season with Triple A Tacoma in the Pacific Coast League ... hit .303 on the road . . . batted .340 in May and .364 in July ... played third base in addition to his catching duties ... had a 14-game hitting streak from May 15-June 6.

2004

Started the season with Campeche of the Mexican League ... hit .243 and belted 5 home runs along with 30 RBI in 52 games for Campeche ... played three games at the 1B position ... continued 2004 season playing for Newark of the Atlantic League ... batted .296 with one home run and 8 RBI ... accumulated 3 hits on three different occasions and had 16 hits in 17 games ... capped off the season in the Rangers' minor league system playing for Frisco ... hit safely in 14 consecutive games spanning from August 1-August 29 ... In 31 games, totalled a .310 average, while hitting 8 home runs and 36 RBI.
