PUP NIGHT TICKET INFORMATION
In order to purchase Pup Night tickets, you must first read and agree to the Release and Waiver displayed below.
You must have a Rooftop ticket to bring your dog to the game. Proof of dog vaccination must be presented upon entry. All patrons will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the ballpark.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a live sporting event and loud noises, including fireworks, may occur.

RELEASE AND WAIVER
In order to purchase Pup Night tickets, you must first read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Release and Waiver set forth below.
READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
RELEASE AND WAIVER
In consideration for me and any accompanying minor children and/or dogs being permitted to participate in “Pup Night At PNC Park” (the “Event”), I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
- I agree to abide by all instructions and rules related to participation in the Event, including the decision of any PNC Park representative regarding my ability or the ability of my dog(s) to participate in the Event safely. I further agree that any PNC Park representative may authorize reasonably necessary treatment for me and/or my dog(s).
- I represent that any accompanying dogs are in good health and have current rabies vaccinations. I agree to present proof of vaccination upon entry into the Event.
- I acknowledge and agree (individually and, if applicable, on behalf of any accompanying minor children) that participating in the Event can be dangerous and may result in serious bodily injury or death to myself and/or any accompanying minor children and/or dogs. I assume (individually and, if applicable, on behalf of any accompanying minor children) the risk of all injuries, including those not foreseeable at this time, to myself and any accompanying minor children and/or dogs that may result from, or are in any way related to, participating in the Event.
- I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors and assigns, hereby waive, release, discharge, covenant not to sue (individually and, if applicable, on behalf of any accompanying minor children) any or all of the Pirates, the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County, the City of Pittsburgh, the County of Allegheny, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, each of their respective affiliates, and each of their respective partners, shareholders, members, officers, directors, employees, agents and sponsors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees (collectively, “Damages”), suffered by me and any accompanying minor children and/or dogs as a result of, or in any manner related to, directly or indirectly, my or their participation in the Event.
- I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors and assigns, hereby agree (individually and, if applicable, on behalf of any accompanying minor children) to indemnify and hold each of the Released Parties harmless from and against any and all Damages suffered by a Released Party as a result of, or in any manner related to, directly or indirectly, his or her or their participation in the Event.
- I hereby authorize the Pirates and its designees to use in any manner my and any accompanying minor children’s and/or dogs’ likenesses while participating in the Event. I hereby disclaim (individually and, if applicable, on behalf of any accompanying minor children) any right to privacy related to the use of such likenesses. I also waive (individually and, if applicable, on
behalf of any accompanying minor children) any and all Damages, foreseen or unforeseen, actual or potential, arising out of, or in any way related to, use by the Pirates of such likenesses. The foregoing references to likenesses include any and all forms or reproductions of my or their image, voice or name, including, but not limited to, video, audio or photo, whether recorded or live, printed or broadcast, moving or still. - I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER. I AM COMPETENT TO ENTER INTO THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER AND AM DOING SO VOLUNTARILY.
