Everything you need to know about 2025 Bucs tickets

December 25th, 2024

Ever since PNC Park first opened its gates in 2001, it has been celebrated as one of the crown jewels of the sport, regularly appearing at the top of ballpark rankings. Now entering its 25th season of operation, the park remains one of the best places to catch a ballgame -- or several.

Those who want to take in a ballgame on the banks of the Allegheny River have several different ways to do so in 2025. The price for each ticket in a season ticket plan is 50% less than the single-game ticket value, while a half-season plan is 40% off. A partial 21-game plan is 30% off compared to the single-game price, with fans getting to pick between a package of Saturday tickets, Sunday tickets or weekday tickets. The Pirates are also bringing back their 6 Pack+ plan, which allows fans to pick any six games -- including the home opener -- which includes loaded value on each ticket and extra perks.

All ticket plans, including single-game tickets can be found here. Those who buy a full or partial ticket plan get additional perks as well, including a discount at the team store and credit towards a suite rental.

The Pirates start the season on the road with series against the Marlins and Rays before their home opener on April 4 against the Yankees. Pittsburgh will play host to the Cardinals the following series to kick off the six-game homestand, before hosting another six-game homestand from April 14-20.

If April still seems too far away -- or if the Pittsburgh winter wears on -- Spring Training tickets for Bradenton, Fla., are also available for purchase here. Home games will again be played at LECOM Park, which will be entering its 102nd year of operation. Like the regular season, tickets are available for whole Spring Training plans or a flex plan, plus single-game tickets.

The Pirates’ spring home opener is set for Sunday, Feb. 23, against the Twins. They will host weekend home games against the Tigers (March 2) and Orioles (March 15 and 22). There will also be a pair of home night games this spring, first against the Orioles on March 10 and against the Tigers on March 14. Both games start at 6:05 p.m. ET, and the game on the 14th is the Major League counterpart to the Spring Breakout game, which will be a matchup of the Pirates’ and Phillies’ top prospects in Clearwater, Fla.
