POLICIES

Transfer Policy

Ballplayers are welcome to transfer to any session that has availability. Any transfers require a $30 transfer fee.

Credit Policy

In the event that a ballplayer is unable to attend camp the week for which they registered, we can offer a credit to a future camp.

  • Before May 31, 2020, a full credit of camp tuition will be issued and can be used on any available 2020 camp sessions, as well as any 2021 camp sessions.
  • After May 31, 2020, a partial credit of camp tuition will be issued.

Refunds

Due to limited enrollment and popularity of Pirates Baseball Summer Camp sessions, no refunds will be offered, for either deposits or payments made in full.
