How do I organize a Phillies group outing with a Coupon Code?

Please call our Sales Office at 215-463-5000 or email us at [email protected] to speak to a Sales Representative who can help you get your group set up with a coupon code. After choosing your game date(s) and preferred seating area(s), a unique code will be provided to you to share with your guests to purchase tickets online.

What is the minimum quantity of tickets needed to set-up a Coupon Code?

A minimum of 25 tickets is required to set-up a Coupon Code.

How long will it take to secure a unique Coupon Code?

Typically, Coupon Codes will be provided in five business days. If your code is available sooner, your Phillies Sales Representative will contact you.

Will tickets be held exclusively for my group members via the Coupon Code?

No tickets will be held for Coupon Code sales. Group members may purchase tickets based on available seating at the time of purchase, so it is recommended that members order tickets as soon as possible.

Are there any ticket fees when ordering tickets via the Coupon Code?

Yes, there will be per ticket fees as well as an order charge.

How will my group members receive their game tickets?

Tickets will be issued via mobile delivery and accessible via the MLB Ballpark app. Visit the Phillies Mobile Ticketing page for guidance.

The tickets will be available in the app after final payment is made; however, the barcode may not appear until closer to the game date, at the Phillies’ discretion. To distribute tickets to your guests, use the ticket forwarding feature within the app.

Does my Coupon Code expire?

In most instances, members of your group may order tickets via the coupon code up until the day before the game, based on ticket availability.

Will my guests be able to sit together at the games(s) they select?

Due to social-distancing, seating for your guests will not be located together. Guests will be able to select seating in specific two, three and four seat pods based upon availability.

What happens to the 2021 Phillies tickets that are purchased if the 2021 Regular Season is impacted?

The Phillies are determined to put the health and well-being of fans at the forefront of the Citizens Bank Park gameday experience. Accordingly, the Phillies have instituted The Phillies Ticket Assurance Program detailed below.

Phillies Ticket Assurance Program

If, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, The Phillies must reduce fan capacity for a game for which the Holder purchased a ticket and the reduced capacity prohibits the Holder’s purchased seat from being used, The Phillies will issue the Holder a credit for the full cost of the ticket to be used toward a future ticket purchase or will refund the Holder the full cost of the ticket in the same manner by which the Holder purchased the ticket. Except as expressly stated herein, all sales are final and there are no refunds.
